I use the Operator bag every day for work. Inside, I can carry a spare double-stack magazine, pepper spray, a notepad, three pens, latex gloves, my AirPods, a Zippo lighter, and occasionally a power bank. There's even room for more if needed. I have had quality and durability issues with other DB products in the past, and this has held up quite well to the daily use and abuse it faces.
Overall, I like the bag, but I've noticed an issue: even in moderate climates (50-60°F), I end up with a completely sweat-soaked undershirt and dress shirt, leaving a noticeable dark spot on my chest by the end of the day.
I feel that the rear pocket doesn't serve much purpose for my needs because the zippered enclosure is hard to access. Additionally, anything I put in there, even flat items like power banks, notepads, or wallets, creates uncomfortable pressure. I would prefer a mesh, ventilated backing to allow better airflow for extended use and add some much-needed padding.
Adding loops, hooks, and attachment points to the exterior would also be beneficial. Despite these issues, it's definitely the best locking chest pack on the market, and I hope future revisions address these concerns. 4/5
