Warranty & Return Policy
Dime Bags stands behind the quality of our products, and our company philosophy is all about you. We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. We’re sad to see your bag come back to us, but your experience with our brand and your full satisfaction are our absolute top priority.
We stand behind our products and offer a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranties are offered on DimeBags purchased in physical retail locations or purchased on www.dimebagsstorage.com. You must have a valid receipt to obtain warranty services. You may be assessed a return shipping fee of $10 ($25 for international shipping) to cover the cost associated with shipping the replacement product to you.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Warranty is only valid for purchases made in brick-and-mortar retail locations or on this website. DimeBags purchased on Ebay, Amazon, and all other websites with the exception of www.dimebagsstorage.com, do not qualify for warranty. You must have a valid receipt to obtain warranty services.
***EXCLUSION*** All warranties do not apply to any non-Dime Bags products like a device, or property carried in or on a Dime Bags Product. Dime Bags is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of warranty or condition such as destroyed personal property.
Please Contact Us or print and fill out the Product Return Form and include the form with the return. Your returned item should be in its original packaging with all hang tags and patches attached. We also request that you ensure the bag is clean and free of personal articles before mailing it in.
Once we’ve received the bag and processed the return, someone from our warranty department will contact you.
