While our Grand Opening Party and 4/20 weekend was surely one of the best parties of the year, there’s plenty more opportunities to come hang out with us and check out the fresh Dime Bags and Grassroots gear. Join us this Friday at the Denver location for the First Friday Art Walk featuring the incredible artist Ellie Paisley!
“Raised throughout the country, at a young age, Ellie embraced the arts. Attending Arts Magnet Elementary Schools, receiving several scholastic awards and majoring in art for college, she maintained her career as a student and set off on an epic adventure traveling across the country to music festivals to share her art with the world. Live Painting on stage is where she found her true passion. She knew this is where she needed to be.
After months of traveling, thousands of new found friends and a few used canvases later — at age 20 Ellie took the position of Art Director for her first festival gallery and founded Technicolor Carnival before moving to Boulder Colorado with her artistic partner and fiancé Aaron Brooks. In recent months Ellie has worked with Zane Kesey on collaborative projects that include but are not limited to adding artwork to the iconic “Further Bus” as well as live painted for groups like The Wu-Tang Clan, Ice Cube, and been an official painter for the Dead & Co. (ft. John Mayer) after parties across the country.”
Be sure to come down for the exclusive drop of her first merchandise line with Grassroots on May 4, 2018, from 4 – 9 pm.
